Back at school

Our fall vacation is over. A week full of hard work, entertainment and grief! We had probably the last nice fall days, warm and colourful, the weathermen predict nice but cool weather for the next decade. Let's see. I enjoyed myself on the first days of my vacation doing nothing except reading, walking, watching movies.

One day I spent at school trying to tidy my cabinets rather unsuccessfully. Another day I spent in Viljandi at the Tiger Leap conference. That was truly great. Lots of new ideas, new stuff, meeting good old friends.

Thursday was the last day of a long-term course. We all were happy to have our certificates and leave it behind.

Friday was shocking. I discovered absolutely occasionally my groupmate's obituary in one of our papers. I couldn't believe it. The day passed in endless phone calls to our groupmates. Riina was my dear deskmate, a very interesting and joyful person. She was the only one from our group who didn't stay at school, she actually never went there. She became a popular aroma therapist and she recently published a new book. I just had to go to her funeral although I don't like such things at all (who does?). No need to describe how sad it was. Fortunately another groupmate who lives in Tln could join me.

Another shocking news today. One of our most popular politicians passed away in China. He belonged to our state delegation. He was only 63!
